1963 Harmony H303 Amp
Super cool low wattage 1963 Harmony H303 amplifier. Sounds fantastic and functions perfectly. With a 6 inch Jensen speaker. this low wattage amp has nice tone/distortion for low volume practice or recording. Describing the amp's sound: there's adequate clarity and headroom, but the original 6" Jensen speaker really shines when cranked all the way up for maximum low-volume crunch. Very similar to an early Champ. Also, this amp is UL-listed and, unlike the later H-303B model, it includes an isolating power transformer, meaning that it can safely be converted to use a grounded power cord. All original and overall very cool little rock-n-roll machine. Plug in, turn up, and go! Very good condition. Some very minor scuffs in the tolex, the leather handle shows some wear, otherwise very clean. Minor modifications - electrolytic power capacitors have been replaced, 3 wire grounded power cord installed (the original will be included in the purchase.) Since these pictures were taken the low testing metal clad 12SQ7 tube has been replaced with a NOS 12SQ7GT glass version. Dimensions: 13"W X 11"H X 7"D, 12 lbs.
